‘서울라이트 DDP’는 동대문디자인플라자(DDP) 건축 외벽을 스크린 삼아, 빛의 대규모 프로젝션 맵핑으로 도시의 밤을 밝히는 미디어아트 프로젝트입니다.
일상의실천은 여름, 가을, 겨울 세 시즌에 걸쳐 연 3회 운영되는 각 시즌의 키비주얼을 디자인했습니다.
이번 여름 포스터는 DDP의 디지털·건축·도시적 장소성을 중심에 두고, 건축과 빛의 만남, 굴절과 반사, 테크놀로지와 감성이 교차하는 장면을 시각적으로 해석했습니다. DDP 외벽에 반사된 빛의 몽환적 색채를 중심 이미지로 구성하고, 곡선의 유기적 변주를 활용해 타이틀에 건축의 구조성을 드러내고자 했습니다.
시리즈 전반에서는 하나의 타이틀(SEOUL LIGHT)을 유지하며 계절별 이미지의 변주와 모션을 통해 몰입형 키비주얼을 형성합니다. 또한 시즌 간 브랜딩의 일관성을 확보하면서도 각 회차의 독립적인 정체성을 부여하고 있습니다.

Seoul Light DDP is a media art project that transforms the architectural facade of Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) into a massive projection-mapping canvas, illuminating the city at night.
Everyday Practice designed the key visuals for all seasonal editions—summer, autumn, and winter—of the 2025 series.
The summer poster visualizes the interplay of architecture and light by focusing on DDP’s digital, architectural, and urban identity.
Reflected light on the DDP surface creates a dreamlike visual center, while the title typography incorporates organic curves to reflect the structural language of the building.
The series maintains a unified “SEOUL LIGHT” title, with seasonal variations in imagery and motion to ensure both consistency and distinctiveness.
